Application Process

 Become an Affiliate of the gmbar.com website; first of all, you need to submit a complete  application through our site. We will evaluate your application in good faith and will notify you of your acceptance or rejection. We may reject your application if we determine (in our sole discretion) that your site is unsuitable for the Program. If we reject your application, you are welcome to reapply to the Program at any time. You should also note that if we accept your application and your site is thereafter determined (in our sole discretion) to be unsuitable for the Program, we may terminate this Agreement. 

Payment schedule 

Eligible payments ---All orders placed as a result of referral from AFFILIATE links or web sites and for which acceptable payment has been received in full are eligible for consideration to receive a commission. The commission is calculated as a percentage of the total payment amount of the order, currently 10%, not including any applied taxes. Such commission is considered conditionally earned 30 days after acceptable payment in full has been received for the order and no refunds or charge backs have been issued on the order. Payment for conditionally earned commission will be calculated on the last day of each month, and paid within the first 7 days of the following month. The earned commission is conditional because it is subject to the following conditions: 

---If payment for an order is partially or fully refunded or charged-back before commission payment to the AFFILIATE for the order has been made, the earned commission on the order will be deducted to zero ( 0 ).  

---If payment for an order is partially or fully refunded or charged-back after commission payment to the AFFILIATE for the order has been made, the commission amount of the order will be deducted from the commission payment of a subsequent commission payment.  

---There is no time limit for the deduction of conditionally earned commission: as long as a refund or chargeback is issued on an order, the commission for that order will be deducted according to conditions 1) or 2).

AFFILIATE Payments --- Payment to the AFFILIATE will not be rendered for commission amounts less than $50.00 USD. The commission balance will be carried forward to be paid in a subsequent month.  

Affiliate links 

You may only use links, text and graphical banners provided by GMbar. But you can use text and graphical banners by your own after we evaluated your application.

Description of Service

 Gmbar issued WOW /LoTRO/Lineage 2 Affiliate program at present. GMbar may provide users with access to wide collection of resources, but not limited to purchase and sale of virtual items, accounts, software download, gaming guides, gaming tools, and shopping services. Sales of each virtual currency, account, item, or virtual property represents the sum of finder’s fees to be paid to GMbar. All virtual property on GMbar remains the sole properties of their respective owners.

Revocation of Affiliate Status 

Your affiliate status maybe suspended for the following reasons: 
---Inappropriate advertisements like false claims, misleading links, and unapproved banners. 
---Spamming through mass email, mass forums posting and mass newsgroup posting.
---Advertising on sites containing and/or promoting illegal contents and/or activities.

This is a Legal Agreement between you and gmbar.com by clicking on the “I accept Terms of Use ” button at the  end of this agreement, you agree that you are affirmatively stating that you have carefully read and understand the terms set forth in this agreement and you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
