1. For the first order, we need you to reply a confirmation email via your paypal email box.
2. There are some reasons why you don't get the gold during the waiting time:
a: Your order or payment can't pass our checking.
b: You pay the order via echeck, bankwire or some other pending payment method. If you don't get the gold during the delivery time, please login your mailbox to check whether you receive any message from gmbarteam@gmbar.com or contact our Live Help Operator directly.
3. After delivering, please check your paypal email box, you will get a receipt from us. Please read and reply it according to the request in the letter.
